Brig S V S Chowdhry is a well known technocrat and is a Past President of both Computer Society of India (CSI) and the Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). He was also Adviser, Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Noida for nearly ten years. Currently a member of the Council of the Institution of Engineers (India), he is also Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Safety & Quality Forum.
He had a long association with the South East Asia Regional Computer Confederation (SEARCC) and has also represented the country in the International Federation of Information Processing (IFIP). He is a Distinguished Fellow of the IETE and a Fellow of both the CSI and the Institution of Engineers (India). |

| Mr. L.C.Goel |
 Mr. L.C Goel, is a successful businessman. Having a wide exposure in marketing and general administration. His specialization is in import and export of watches. He also acted as a Karta of his HUF. Till the year 2009 he was acting as Whole Time Director of IEC Education Limited, but due to his increasing responsibility towards his business he left the position of WTD of the Company, he is now in the Board as Non-Executive director. During his tenure as WTD he has very ably managed the various business activities and has acquired the adequate exposure in company management involving different activities associated with scheduling, planning, organizing and implementing the policies of the organization in optical manner. |

| Mr. R.L.Gupta |
Promoter Director has been a visionary with a social cause. A lawyer of repute for years has remained very active and involved in their group’s attempts to impart education and training to large number of public through the IEC brand.
A practicing advocate and reputed author, Mr. Gupta co-authored dozens of books. Many of these books infact have earned the dual distinction of being approved by both Ministry of Finance and even the Income tax Appellate Tribunal . Apart from the centre many of these books have been in circulation for state libraries.
As a leading tax expert of the country, Mr. R.L Gupta has been a prolific writer on taxation laws and has written dozens of books on taxation laws. The subject of tax penalties, being of the vital importance under income tax act, has always remained a topic of deep concern to all those connected with the administration and practice of tax laws. The publications are reputed for their unprecented scope and referral value, even among the reputed judges of supreme Court and even High Court and people associated with the judiciary.
Many of his books have been approved by Government of India, Central Board of Direct Taxes and even by Appellate Tribunal. It was his vision of his look beyond and adapts latest technology, IEC under aegis of Vocational Educational Foundation (VEF) set up IEC College of Engineering and Technology (IEC-CET) in 1999 at Greater Noida.
Recently he is conferred with LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD by H.E Shri Shekhar Dutt, Hon’ble Governor of Chattisgarh in the Seminar organized by Institute of Economic Studies (IES) a well known research-oriented and awareness-promoting organization, for outstanding contribution in the field of Economic Development in the area of Education Sector and enhancing the image India

At a very early age, Mr. Navin Gupta took up the mantle of leading the IEC Group. Throughout he has been a business leader extraordinaire. Recently he has been conferred with the Honorary Doctorate Degree by LTSNU, Ukraine. He is awarded with Doctorates of Science and Doctorate of Tourism and Information Technology by LTSNU, Ukraine for his contribution to these sectors. |

 Has the diverse experience of working in various Government Departments including Ministry of Urban Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. He has a wide exposure in technical as well as administrative fields. He has held the position of Head of the office and Chief Executive officer for several years under Grih Kalyan Kendra, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions and retired as a secretary from the same office. He has also served as the Director in Ministry of Agriculture under Government of India for around 5 years |

 He acquired B.E.(Hons.), M.Tech.and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering .He is also serving the U.P.Technical University as the Pro-Vice Chancellor and Central Admission Committee of U.P.State Engineering Admission Test Cell as a Member, also looking after the “World Bank Assisted Technical Education Quality Improvement Programmed” of Govt. of India as the Chief Project Coordinator for UP state.
He had served on various Expert Committees, at the State Govt. and Govt. of India levels as Chairman/ Member and this has given me exposure on Planning, Coordination, Policy formulation and Development activities.
He is actively involved in consultancy and research projects of the neighboring industry such as HAL, TELCO, Scooters India Ltd., ALIMCO, and RDSO etc.
