 Chairman of the Company, Mr. Chowdhry’s professional career has been defined by the leadership role he has played in making IEC as well as a benchmark for innovation, growth and excellence in India's burgeoning IT industry.
Mr. Chowdhary’s academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Lucknow University. He is a Chartered Engineer and is a fellow member of Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (India), National Telemetric Forum, Institute of Management (U.K). He has represented the country in several international conferences connected with Electronics and Information Technology. He has also represented India in the international Federation for Information Processing (IFIP). He has also been Assistant Secretary General to South East Asian Regional Computer Telecommunication Engineers, Chairman to Computer Application Systems Committee, Bureau of Indian Standards and Member, Governing Board, Standardization and quality scheme, STQC Directorate Dept of Electronics. He is responsible for conceiving innovative practices and structures which have helped IEC emerge as one of the most preferred institutes in India. |

| Mr. R.L.Gupta |
 Promoter Director has been a visionary with a social cause. A lawyer of repute for years has remained very active and involved in their group’s attempts to impart education and training to large number of public through the IEC brand.
A practicing advocate and reputed author, Mr. Gupta co-authored dozens of books. Many of these books infact have earned the dual distinction of being approved by both Ministry of Finance and even the Income tax Appellate Tribunal . Apart from the centre many of these books have been in circulation for state libraries
As a leading tax expert of the country, Mr. R.L Gupta has been a prolific writer on taxation laws and has written dozens of books on taxation laws. The subject of tax penalties, being of the vital importance under income tax act, has always remained a topic of deep concern to all those connected with the administration and practice of tax laws. The publications are reputed for their unprecented scope and referral value, even among the reputed judges of supreme Court and even High Court and people associated with the judiciary.
Many of his books have been approved by Government of India, Central Board of Direct Taxes and even by Appellate Tribunal.
It was his vision of his look beyond and adapts latest technology, IEC under aegis of Vocational Educational Foundation (VEF) set up IEC College of Engineering and Technology (IEC-CET) in 1999 at Greater Noida. |

Mr. Kailash Nath |
 Has the diverse experience of working in various Government Departments including Ministry of Urban Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. He has a wide exposure in technical as well as administrative fields. He has held the position of Head of the office and Chief Executive officer for several years under Grih Kalyan Kendra, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions and retired as a secretary from the same office. He has also served as the Director in Ministry of Agriculture under Government of India for around 5 years |

 He is a successful industrialist having wide experience in running industry and business. He has a rich experience in administration, finance and various aspects of business dealing. He is adept in dealing with higher Government authorities and handling successfully large workforce |

Prior to joining Syndicate Bank he served as a lecturer for a year in Lal Bahadur Shastri College, Rajasthan. |
Mr. Issarani’s career span includes stints at various banks in the country. In his last role he served as the Chairman of Gurgaon Gramin Bank. Before that he has held important positions like Zonal Manager, Syndicate bank Faridabad, Director of Gurgaon Gramin Bank, Zonal Manager, Syndicate Bank, Zonal office Lucknow, Meerut Wing. |

 He acquired B.E.(Hons.), M.Tech.and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering .He is also serving the U.P.Technical University as the Pro-Vice Chancellor and Central Admission Committee of U.P.State Engineering Admission Test Cell as a Member, also looking after the “World Bank Assisted Technical Education Quality Improvement Programmed” of Govt. of India as the Chief Project Coordinator for UP state.
He had served on various Expert Committees, at the State Govt. and Govt. of India levels as Chairman/ Member and this has given me exposure on Planning, Coordination, Policy formulation and Development activities.
He is actively involved in consultancy and research projects of the neighboring industry such as HAL, TELCO, Scooters India Ltd., ALIMCO, and RDSO etc.
