At a very early age, Mr. Navin Gupta took up the mantle of leading the IEC Group. Throughout he has been a business leader extraordinaire. He has been conferred with the Honorary Doctorate Degree by LTSNU, Ukraine. He is awarded with Doctorates of Science and Doctorate of Tourism and Information Technology by LTSNU, Ukraine for his contribution to these sectors.
He has the vast experience of over 25 years into various areas of business management including Advertising, Marketing, Corporate Planning and Information Technology, Personal Relations, Franchise operations, Business administration and Management. The Group under the patronage of Mr. Navin Gupta is dedicated to build society intelligent, informed, socially responsible and well-groomed citizens by imparting quality education early in life. Through his creativity and motivation, combined with the invaluable support of IEC Group team, the company is bound to grow exponentially. Shalini Gupta - Non-executive Director
Shalini Gupta, A graduate and being the only woman director in the company brings with her a very rich experience of over 20 years in the field of corporate planning, personal relations, business administration, and management. She is a visionary and her experience will help IEC in taking a giant leap in the education sector.
Bijoy Kumar Pandit
As an expert in banking and finance, having more than 35 years of experience in corporate and banking, he brings in his rich knowledge with him in the company. As a chairman of the company he is pivotal in revival of the company and his efforts have paved the way for bright future of the company based on the strong foundation laid by Mr. R. L. Gupta, founder of the company.
Jaideep Kumar Bhola
He practicing before hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts of various states including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Haryana, Chandigarh, Allahabad, Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat has made appearance in National Consumer Dispute Redresser Commission, Delhi. Mr Bhola has experience of almost 18 yrs in field of handling various civil,criminal,arbitration.He has expertise in handling industrial and labors cases.
Sunil Kumar
An eminent educationist, alumni of MNREC, Allahabad, and IIT BHU, has more than 30 years of experience in the education sector. He has joined the board as an independent director this year. He has attended many National and International Conferences, Workshops, FDPs, and Seminars. . He has published many research papers in National and International Journals. He is a permanent member of ISTE and a Fellowship member of the Institution of Engineers. With his vast knowledge and experience in education sector and being at the helm of the affairs, company expects to grow exponentially.
